Goals for Life

A program for life

Start as you mean to go on!
It takes between three and six weeks to develop a new habit (or break an old one!). When you follow a Herbalife Program, you will be encouraged to create new, healthy habits to help you succeed with our weight management goals and then maintain an ideal weight for life.

Set achievable goals!
What weight /dress size would you like to be in eight weeks?
What would you like to be in six months?
If you achieve targets easily you can always set more!
So keep your goals and targets at attainable levels.

What the mind can conceive and believe - it can achieve!
If you are positive and motivated you have a greater chance of success. Visualise yourself at your ideal weight when eating. Visualise food being digested and imagine your body burning the food off as energy and not storing fat! Stress (pressure or tension) uses up vital nutrients – try to avoid it! Think of your weight control effort as a time to enjoy learning a whole new program for life!
